All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere.

The paper must be in IIP format with a maximum of 20 pages (refer to the template available on the website).

Authors are requested to submit the research paper through the portal provided to them. Prior to this author has to register themselves with all necessary primary details at www.iipseries.org

After acceptance of the research paper by peer reviews, the author has to upload the final camera-ready paper in Word file format  through the dashboard provided to them.

The copyright of all the articles published by IIP Series remains with the authors

Plagiarism: Illegal form of copying content from others' work

By submitting a paper for publication to the IIP Series, the Author(s) certify that:

• I/We are fully aware of the fact that plagiarism is illegal
• I/We know that plagiarism means stealing or wrongful appropriation of others' published work or ideas and claiming them as one's own original work
• I/We declare that any contribution to the article either from others’ published work or unpublished sources has been properly acknowledged and sources have been referenced
• I/We am/are solely responsible for any incomplete references that may remain in my/our work
• If any content is found to be plagiarized even after publication by IIP Series and IF ANY THIRD PARTY PUTS OBJECTION OR CLAIMS FOR PENALTY for using their content then the author of papers will be solely responsible for the claim and it is their risk

Peer Review Process

Each published article was reviewed by a minimum of two independent reviewers using a single-blind peer-review process, where the identities of the reviewers are not known to the authors, but the reviewers know the identities of the authors. Articles will be screened for plagiarism before acceptance.

Editorial Process

• The author submits a manuscript through dashboard and can track his/her paper status
• The Managing Editor & editorial office performs an initial quality check on the manuscript which includes plagiarism checking and paper format checking
• An Editor-in-Chief is assigned to the manuscript and decides whether to send the manuscript out to review. If the decision is not to send the manuscript for review, the Managing Editor contacts the author with the decision.
• If the Editor-in-Chief decides the paper is within the Journal's remit, the paper will be assigned to an Editor
• The Editor selects and assigns peer reviewers. This can take some time dependent on the responsiveness and availability of the reviewers
• The editors then make a decision based on the reviewers' evaluations categorizing to any one of the following cases Accept, Resubmit with Minor or Major revision, Reject
• Editor will make a decision recommendation to the Editor-in-Chief based on the comments received
• The Editor-in-Chief makes the final decision which will be intimated by the Managing Editor and further process will be handled by Managing Editor & editorial office
