All submitted paper/chapter should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere.
The paper/chapter must be in IIP format with a maximum of 20 pages (refer to the template available on the website).
Authors are requested to submit the research paper through the portal provided to them. Prior to this author has to register themselves with all necessary primary details at www.iipseries.org
After acceptance of the research paper by peer reviews, the author has to upload the final camera-ready paper in Word file format through the dashboard provided to them.

Author Declaration and Copyright Policy

The copyright of all chapters and papers published by IIP Series remains with the authors.

By submitting a chapter/paper to the IIP Series, the Author(s) certify and agree to the following terms:

1. Authorship Responsibility

I, as the Coordinating Author (or the author submitting the chapter/paper on behalf of all contributors), take full responsibility for the accurate inclusion of all co-authors’ names, their consent, and relevant details in the submitted chapter/paper.

2. Open Access and Reuse

• I/We agree to publish the chapter/paper under the open-access policy of IIP Series.
• I/We permit reuse, distribution, and adaptation of the published content, provided that proper credit is given to the original authors.
• I/We grant IIP Series the non-exclusive right to publish, distribute, archive, and make the content available in any media or form, including print and electronic formats, and to include it in relevant indexing, abstracting, or sales platforms for academic dissemination.

3. Plagiarism and Ethical Conduct

• IIP Series considers plagiarism a serious academic offense.
• I/We declare that the submitted chapter/paper is original and has not been published elsewhere, in part or in whole, nor is it under consideration by any other publication.
• I/We confirm that all sources, data, figures, or text taken from other works (published or unpublished) have been properly acknowledged and referenced.
• I/We understand that plagiarism means copying or closely imitating another author’s work, ideas, or expressions and representing them as our own.

4. Liability and Legal Responsibility

• I/We accept that the author(s) are solely responsible for the content of the chapter/paper, including accuracy, originality, and ethical compliance.
• If any copyright infringement, plagiarism, defamation, or third-party claim arises before or after publication, the responsibility rests entirely with the author(s).
• IIP Series and its publisher (Selfypage Developers Pvt. Ltd., India) shall not be held legally or financially liable for any such claims, disputes, or damages.
• I/We agree that, in such cases, the author(s) will bear full responsibility for any penalties, compensation, or legal consequences that may arise.

5. Agreement without Separate Signature

No separate copyright form or signature will be required from the author(s).
The submission of the chapter/paper itself automatically implies acceptance of all the above terms, conditions, and policies of IIP Series.

Peer Review Process

Each published article was reviewed by a minimum of two independent reviewers using a single-blind peer-review process, where the identities of the reviewers are not known to the authors, but the reviewers know the identities of the authors. Articles will be screened for plagiarism before acceptance.

Editorial Process

• The author submits a manuscript through dashboard and can track his/her paper status
• The Managing Editor & editorial office performs an initial quality check on the manuscript which includes plagiarism checking and paper format checking
• An Editor-in-Chief is assigned to the manuscript and decides whether to send the manuscript out to review. If the decision is not to send the manuscript for review, the Managing Editor contacts the author with the decision.
• If the Editor-in-Chief decides the paper is within the Journal's remit, the paper will be assigned to an Editor
• The Editor selects and assigns peer reviewers. This can take some time dependent on the responsiveness and availability of the reviewers
• The editors then make a decision based on the reviewers' evaluations categorizing to any one of the following cases Accept, Resubmit with Minor or Major revision, Reject
• Editor will make a decision recommendation to the Editor-in-Chief based on the comments received
• The Editor-in-Chief makes the final decision which will be intimated by the Managing Editor and further process will be handled by Managing Editor & editorial office
