Aims and Scope:

Aquaculture is an excellent source of nutrients along with food security and nutrition in both developed and developing countries. In the aquaculture sector, diseases are the main source of financial loss, hence managing diseases is essential to long-term profit. Antibiotics should not be used routinely during fish culture to reduce disease risk because they may harm the indigenous microflora of juveniles or adults and may increase the possibility of developing antibiotic-resistant bacteria. As a result, sustainable and eco-friendly disease-prevention methods are needed to support long-term fish culture. The use of herbal immunostimulants (phytotherapy) to boost non-specific defensive systems and shield against diseases is becoming more and more popular.The objective of this proposal is to maximize the impact of plant-enriched diets on fish immunity and disease resistance, several researchers have focused on finding the ideal treatment time, resulting in an improvement in the production of healthy fish using an environmentally eco-friendly approach
